Sr Financial Center Manager

Oversee the strategy, operations, and financial performance of two or more financial centers, driving growth and profitability through ethical sales practices and deepening client relationships. Lead a portfolio of high-value clients, manage P&L and operational efficiency, and serve as a liaison to internal partners to improve onboarding and execution. Recruit, coach, and develop talent while maintaining compliance with laws and bank policies, with significant regional travel.
