Key Responsibilities

  • •Own engineering delivery manager responsibilities for Hardware competence center work packages and related trades (test means, industrialization, card and FPGA development, low-level software).
  • •Contribute to the product roadmap based on customer needs, obsolescence handling, and improvement.
  • •Align stakeholders and deliver solutions across organization, planning, cost, and quality; build and drive mitigation plans for deviations.
  • •Coordinate development activities with partners and suppliers in France and abroad.
  • •Ensure structured, concise project reporting and strong team leadership/coordination across multi-disciplinary HW functions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of confirmed experience in one or more hardware disciplines and product development (e.g., display, card development, FPGA, embedded SW).
  • •Proven experience leading R&D project execution.
  • •Ability to manage technical and organizational complexity, influence project/strategy, and plan action plans.
  • •Knowledge of production processes (supply, manufacturing, delivery).
  • •Ideally, knowledge of DO254/DO16 certifications and safety standards for aeronautical systems (ARP4761, ARP4754B), plus spoken and written English.
