  • •Perform onsite AV system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure operational readiness.
  • •Support meetings and events with setup, in-meeting assistance, and post-event breakdown or support.
  • •Conduct preventative maintenance and daily AV system checks, and provide end-user technical support in person or by phone.
  • •Maintain and update system documentation and troubleshooting guides in Confluence, Jira, or other ticketing systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) (U.S. Citizenship Required).
  • •Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Experience installing and troubleshooting audiovisual systems (e.g., Biamp, QSC, Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Thinklogical).
  • •Able to travel to various job sites as needed; current valid driver’s license required.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (walking/standing, stairs, ladders up to 15 feet, bending/squatting).
