Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production stability efforts by preventing production issues and improving production stability, availability, and cost efficiency.
  • •Drive Change/Incident/Problem Management processes and support project releases using ITIL and project methodologies.
  • •Analyze root causes of production issues, coordinate with onsite/offshore partners, and raise/resolve support tickets for critical client-facing applications.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff and collaborate with business unit partners to address business needs.
  • •Ensure audit compliance including change control procedures and data security, and attend on-call/after-hours including weekends for high/critical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years of application development/support experience with modern technical frameworks and architecture, including collaboration with external technology teams.

  • •Understanding of ITIL process and ability to drive Change/Incident/Problem Management and project releases.
  • •Experience in an Agile/XP environment.
