Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, govern, and continuously improve Microsoft 365 workplace platforms with focus on secure collaboration, user experience, automation, and measurable service outcomes.
  • •Administer and support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID-integrated experiences, and related collaboration workloads.
  • •Implement and maintain governance standards for Teams/SharePoint sites, groups, guest access, third-party apps, ownership, lifecycle management, and service configuration.
  • •Support Power Platform governance including environment management, security groups, admin roles, managed environment adoption, and app/flow lifecycle practices.
  • •Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, resolve escalations, and improve knowledge articles, runbooks, and repeatable support processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Microsoft 365 admin center, and Entra ID-connected workloads.
  • •Apply Microsoft 365 governance concepts including access management, lifecycle management, service health, compliance concepts, and enterprise collaboration controls.
  • •Use PowerShell and administrative scripting/automation to support platform operations and repeatable processes.
  • •Troubleshoot technical issues, document findings, create runbooks/knowledge articles, and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
