Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide simulator/flight or classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and pilot qualifications.
  • •Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings following CAE standards.
  • •Complete required administrative duties such as training record completion and tracking instructional qualifications.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert to support creation of curricula and courseware when required.
  • •Follow a 2-year training commitment and, after 1.5 years, qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman as designated.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC Jet Type Rating.
  • •Prior Part 142 TCE experience is recommended.
  • •CFII/MEI experience is recommended.
  • •Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs.
  • •Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program and maintain accurate training records in accordance with CAE policy and FAA requirements.
