  • •To manage the Process Control actions of the BL, in particular those actions decided within the Monthly Programs Reviews.
  • •To ensure the effective implementation of the BL Operating Model through the BL organization aiming to overall operational efficiency and simplification
  • •Provide support and visibility vs Company improvement initiatives and compliance vs QMS and Company rules/processes
  • •To ensure support to manage the resources of the forecast programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario
  • •To grant contribution to manage and monitors the competitiveness improvement process actions and results achievement
