Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist in store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Meet personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies with Store Management.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
