•Act as the primary point of contact with accounts and fully own your assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth
•Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand their needs, set clear expectations, and identify new revenue opportunities
•Collect customer feedback and work to improve or fix pain points internally to improve Starlink’s products, technology, and processes
•Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments for your accounts and communicate clearly to hit revenue targets on time
•Become a subject matter expert within the team to help shape strategy for your assigned region and create process or system improvements that help the team scale

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 6+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
•3+ years of consulting or project management experience
•3+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product/service
