Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact with accounts and fully own your assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth
  • •Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand their needs, set clear expectations, and identify new revenue opportunities
  • •Collect customer feedback and work to improve or fix pain points internally to improve Starlink’s products, technology, and processes
  • •Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments for your accounts and communicate clearly to hit revenue targets on time
  • •Become a subject matter expert within the team to help shape strategy for your assigned region and create process or system improvements that help the team scale

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 6+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
  • •3+ years of consulting or project management experience
