Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the product-wide design system and set the bar for shipped design
  • •Merge back office, front office, and agent-config tooling into one product operators love
  • •Design simple UX for configuring AI agents, monitoring live calls, and managing workflows
  • •Turn a service into a self-serve product so customers can set up and run their own agents
  • •Prototype with AI by building real, working prototypes wired to live data and iterate post-ship

Key Requirements

  • •Experience shipping product design 0→1 and delivering real, high-craft interfaces as a founding designer, design lead, or a designer who codes
  • •Strong taste and ability to define what a “WOW” product looks like and execute it
  • •Ability to turn fuzzy problems into crisp, shipped interfaces and iterate through the last details
  • •AI-native approach with rigorous quality control—knowing where AI can get sloppy
  • •Experience in desktop web and translating high complexity into elegant B2B UX
