Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cartons/trays for packing by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and placing cartons/trays on the work area.
  • •Perform visual inspections of final packaging for product integrity and remove out-of-spec product; communicate packaging problems.
  • •Fill cartons/displays to packaging specs and ensure proper labels, seals, and tapes as applicable.
  • •Stack cartons/trays on pallets/skids using correct stacking patterns; move finished goods (pallet jack) when applicable.
  • •Maintain clean work areas and follow 5S protocols, perform sanitation tasks, support line startup/changeovers, and assist with rework.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Attention to detail to complete packaging preparation, labeling, and final quality inspections.
