Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve high revenue while protecting brand image, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Manage and develop the team, drive sales and monitor performance against targets, and support promotions and brand activities. Reduce stock loss through policy adherence, analyze stock and performance reports to find commercial opportunities, and maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
