Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) lifecycle under the APEX (Accounts Payable Excellence) tower, covering upstream (PR → PO → GRN → Invoice) and downstream (Invoice → Payment). Ensure compliance, visibility, and process integrity across OpCos through proactive monitoring, escalation handling with RCA, and cross-functional improvements with Procurement and IT. Prepare governance dashboards and SLA reports and support APEX transformation sprints.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full AP lifecycle from requisition to payment, ensuring process accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
•Prepare monthly governance dashboards and SLA reports, identifying process gaps and corrective actions.
•Ensure escalations are logged, tracked, and closed with documented RCA and stakeholder validation.
•Identify systemic issues (e.g., aged GRNs, unmatched POs, payment delays) and drive cross-functional RCA.
•Partner with Procurement and IT to improve integrations and streamline end-to-end P2P processes, including supporting APEX transformation sprints.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
•6–8 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or P2P operations in a shared services or transformation environment.
•Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•Continuous improvement and transformation mindset.
•Ability to manage escalations with composure and influence.
