Job Summary

Own fab process ramp and optimization to meet product yield and performance/power goals. Plan and execute delivery of engineering samples for system builds, partnering with reliability, product, power, and architecture teams to qualify products and debug issues from technology/process changes. Drive cross-functional efforts to improve product-level use-case metrics and lead key foundry process ownership across FEOL/MEOL/BEOL, including yield issue resolution with Product and Test Engineering teams.

•Ramp technology yield and performance/power metrics to meet or exceed product goals.
•Plan and execute smooth delivery of engineering samples for system builds.
•Collaborate with reliability and product teams in product qualification and debug fallouts from technology/process issues.
•Engage with product engineering, power, and architecture teams to maximize product-level use case metrics (power, performance).
•Drive cross-functional efforts to optimize power-performance and resolve critical yield issues with engineering and foundry teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience ramping technology yield and managing performance/power metrics to meet product goals.
•Experience planning and delivering engineering samples for system builds.
•Foundry experience owning key process delivery across FEOL, MEOL, or BEOL.
•Experience driving efA/pFA with Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams, plus foundry teams, to resolve critical yield issues.
•Bachelor’s +8 years, or Master’s +6 years, or PhD +3 years of related experience required.
