Job Summary

Own and execute content and thought leadership strategies that strengthen Thunes’ global narrative and support growth initiatives. Create and produce data-driven content across formats (blogs, white papers, webinars, video, podcasts, and more) while leveraging AI tools to improve speed, quality, consistency, and performance. Partner with sales, product, and regional teams to tailor storytelling for target accounts, measure KPI impact, and elevate Thunes’ position in fintech and global payments.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Director of Brand & Public Relations in building and executing Thunes’ global content strategy across multiple formats to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
•Develop and produce high-quality, data-rooted content that aligns with messaging and supports marketing and sales goals.
•Identify and implement AI tools to optimize content development, scalability, editorial consistency, personalization, and performance metrics.
•Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand target account needs and craft content that drives engagement from key prospects.
•Manage the content calendar, coordinate internal/external production (agencies and freelancers), and measure content KPIs to refine strategies.

Key Requirements

•4-6+ years of experience in content creation and marketing in a B2B fintech environment, producing high-quality, impactful content.
•Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with expertise in storytelling aligned to business goals.
•Deep understanding of AI tools for content creation, optimization, scalability, and on-brand generation (including prompts and improving quality/performance).
•Ability to analyze content performance data and use insights to refine strategies; comfortable with tools like Google Analytics.
•Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional teams to support global and regional objectives.
