Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and analyze processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements and business relationships.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups to understand and document pain points and capability gaps.
  • •Facilitate workshops with program and customer stakeholders and SMEs to gather user requirements and identify potential solutions.
  • •Translate high-level business requirements into system specifications developers can implement, including data models, integration points, and APIs.
  • •Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing, then assist with production releases and post-deployment issue triage and feedback collection.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 81,000 - 144,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst using customer-facing software products within a medium-to-large enterprise.
  • •Experience documenting requirements/process flows/data models using tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, or draw.io.
  • •Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems.
  • •Eligible for authorization under the Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.
  • •Must be able to obtain Canadian Secret Level II Security Clearance and be legally able to work in Canada.
