Job Summary

We are building a fast-paced execution pod within Growth Marketing to ship paid and ABM experiments for a specific product line. You will personally launch frequent campaigns, iterate quickly on ad creative and targeting, and measure impact by volume of experiments, engagement lift, and qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Launch paid campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, AdRoll) and build, test, and iterate ad creative and copy variations weekly.
•Set up tracking, audiences, and conversion events to clearly measure what works, ensuring accurate attribution.
•Ship two experiments per day on average with focused tests rather than large launches.
•Personalize for target accounts by building 1:1 and 1:few campaign variants and tailoring landing pages and ad copy.
•Coordinate with the ABM and sales teams on account-level targeting and messaging; log experiments with hypotheses and outcomes, tag results, and share concise async recaps.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of hands-on paid acquisition or ABM execution experience — agency, in-house, or freelance.
•You have personally launched campaigns, not just briefed someone else to do it.
•You don’t wait for perfection. You ship a v1, learn, and iterate.
•Comfortable in: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and AdRoll.
•Can set up basic tracking, UTMs, and conversion events without a manager walking you through it.
