•Construct proposal narratives and documents that drive the business.
•Support managers and senior managers across capture, pricing, and outreach strategy using proposals, white papers, and other documents.
•Coordinate responses to international government and customer requests for white papers, product/company information, quotes, and proposals.
•Set up and maintain deal/proposal infrastructure (Salesforce, Sharepoint, Slack) and coordinate data sharing, reviews, and approvals.
•Conduct data collection to support proposal efforts and coordinate with internal teams to consolidate corporate data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000

Key Requirements

•2-3 years experience in international business, government, government contracting, or defense contracting is required.
•Experience related to contracting with the U.S. Government and/or International Governments, or international enterprises.
•Excellent writing and critical analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a coherent narrative.
•Strong project management skills to juggle competing priorities and drive work to completion.
•U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.
