Delivery Associate

Facilitate end-to-end customer vehicle deliveries by ensuring vehicle readiness, completing required documentation, and guiding customers through key features during orientation. Manage delivery and lease-end return pipelines, including pre- and post-delivery conversations, scheduling grounding appointments, and conducting intake. Coordinate delivery readiness with Sales Specialists, book final mile transport, and use Salesforce to document delivery details while consistently improving the customer experience.
