Lead the Agentforce Success Architects organization across AMER, driving customer adoption, value realization, and sustainable satisfaction. Build, develop, and resource a high-performing team, acting as an escalation point for high-severity issues and ensuring KPIs such as CSAT, productivity, time to resolve, and outcome achievement are met. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer and continuously improve customer success and implementation practices.
