Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Compliance Manager in day-to-day embedded compliance operations to ensure AML/KYC policy and regulatory compliance.
  • •Maintain awareness of internal/external compliance requirements and emerging legal/regulatory changes, identifying issues impacting the bank.
  • •Assist business units with compliant solutions by providing guidance on policy/procedure changes and supporting proactive stakeholder relationships.
  • •Support enhanced due diligence for high-risk businesses, review escalated proposals, and provide compliance feedback for sign-off.
  • •Prepare compliance/AML MIS reports, respond to audit/assurance queries, and represent compliance in ad hoc projects such as system implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with 5-7 years of banking experience in KYC/EDD.
  • •Experience handling KYC/EDD reviews for HNI/UHNI clients and business entities.
  • •English communication skills (spoken and written) and computer literacy.
  • •Knowledge of UAE regulations is an added advantage.
  • •Good presentation skills and Excel skills.
