Job Summary

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-site manufacturing organization, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and complete records (including union and non-union payrolls). Support compliance through payroll reviews, internal audits, balancing, and SOX-aligned processes. Resolve employee payroll inquiries, process manual checks/adjustments, and collaborate with HRIS and Benefits on employee changes. Improve payroll systems and deliver ad hoc reporting using ADP and UKG Kronos.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer all aspects of payroll preparation, payment calculations, deductions, and reports, including union payrolls.
•Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing using the ADP system and maintain precise payroll documentation (tax withholdings, hours, earnings, direct deposit).
•Conduct payroll reviews, internal audits, and balancing to ensure compliance with government regulations and SOX.
•Respond to employee payroll inquiries, address shortages/overpayments, and calculate/process manual payroll checks and payment adjustments.
•Use UKG (Kronos) for timekeeping and balancing, identify process/system improvements, and provide ad hoc reporting across HR, Benefits, Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
•Experience with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
•Experience with ADP Enterprise payroll and UKG (Kronos) time and attendance systems.
•Familiarity with union payrolls.
