Key Responsibilities

•Enhance the multimodal perception encoder, including exploring adaptive frame rates beyond a fixed frame rate.
•Investigate multimodal integration of audio and user behavior to improve perception.
•Develop approaches to fuse multimodal perception with reasoning to improve comprehensive cognitive abilities.
•Apply and evaluate LLM training/adaptation methods or code intelligence techniques to advance research objectives.
•Conduct hypothesis-driven experiments with reproducible results and clear reporting.

Key Requirements

•PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP/CV, Systems, or related fields (or equivalent research experience).
•Strong programming and debugging skills in Python and/or C/C++ with solid data structures and algorithms fundamentals.
•Hands-on experience with at least one: LLM/generative AI training or adaptation, code intelligence, or agentic systems (tool-use, planning, multi-step reasoning).
•Strong experimental rigor with hypothesis-driven iteration, reproducibility, and clear communication.
•Exposure to relevant research areas such as long-context modeling/retrieval or RLHF/verifier-based RL/preference optimization for code tasks is a plus.
