Job Summary

Account Development Intern role focused on driving the pipeline for Fever for Business’ corporate ticketing, qualifying inbound interest, and leading the full sales cycle for group ticket sales. You’ll build targeted outbound strategies, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with Billing and Sales to optimize campaigns and KPIs in a fast-growing global entertainment tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business\’ corporate ticketing offering.
•Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception.
•Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement and conversion.
•Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
•Collaborate closely with Billing, with the various Project Managers, and with the Sales team to align campaigns, share insights, and enhance commercial impact.

•Structured, analytical thinker who defaults to data before forming an opinion
•High attention to detail – CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy depend on it
•Comfort working in spreadsheets and basic BI or reporting tools; Salesforce experience is a strong plus
•Ability to pick up new tools quickly (Clay, Gong, Lead Scouter – you\'ll use all of them)
•Strong written communication: outputs go to sales leadership and sometimes to founders
