Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of multiple flightline and/or back-shops and align production processes with program requirements.
  • •Oversee flightline/back-shop production by coordinating support, developing priorities, and partnering with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC).
  • •Establish and track aircraft Estimated Time In Commission (ETIC), and sign Exceptional Release (ER) per TO 00-20-1.
  • •Develop and execute weekly/monthly flying and maintenance schedules/plans, including skilled planning and resource assessment.
  • •Enforce safety and quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, run daily production meetings, and coordinate with engineering and quality assurance for inspections and solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience with military aircraft maintenance and/or management.
  • •Must be able to obtain a local driver's license.
  • •Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime (some rotating shifts).
  • •Experience with aircraft systems (avionics, electrical, engines, flight controls, egress, structures, hydraulics, fuel, and/or integrated vehicle management systems) is preferred.
