Branch Leader - Palm Bay

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance, coaching and managing teammates, and executing branch engagement routines. Grow business development and branch revenue through small business and mass affluent strategies, including face-to-face appointments and outbound calling. Ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics, while overseeing training completion and core human-capital decisions such as hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
