Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and lead monitoring solutions to enable proactive incident detection and actionable alerts.
  • •Continuously refine monitoring strategies and build automation scripts to improve visibility and efficiency.
  • •Establish and maintain SLIs and SLOs to improve service quality and reliability.
  • •Collect and share insights from observability tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with software, product, and infrastructure teams; engage customers to understand needs and provide support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, IT, or Computer Science) and up to 5 years of experience.
  • •Experience or familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, e.g., Prometheus and preferably Grafana.
  • •Knowledge of system administration (Linux/Unix) and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP preferred, AWS acceptable).
  • •Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code frameworks, e.g., Terraform.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python or C#) with scripting for automation tasks.
