Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design for a defined feature area of the compliance platform end to end, from discovery through launch.
  • •Make independent design decisions within your feature area and extend the design system where needed.
  • •Create user flows, prototypes, final designs, and documentation while anticipating edge cases and non-happy paths.
  • •Validate design decisions using customer conversations, usability testing, and product analytics.
  • •Partner with product and engineering to clarify problems, requirements, constraints, and measures of success; communicate progress and influence decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,500,000 - 3,500,000

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as a product designer, with a track record of shipping features and workflows to customers.
  • •Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, fintech, compliance, identity, fraud, risk, or other data-heavy products.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating how you frame problems, use research and data, explore solutions, and make design decisions.
  • •Fluency in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping with attention to edge cases and implementation quality.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication and a collaborative approach with product managers and engineers.
