Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement scalable AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, model lifecycle management, GenAI, and inference services.
•Define and drive AI/agentic AI architecture strategy, including multi-agent frameworks, orchestration, and governance.
•Lead model selection, training, and fine-tuning approaches (e.g., Full tuning, SFT, PEFT) and RAG integration for enterprise solutions.
•Oversee AI solution design to ensure alignment with data strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
•Mentor architects, engineers, and teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives across business units

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field
•Overall 14+ years of experience including 5+ years in AI architecture
•Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
•Proven experience in architecting ML/LLM solutions and autonomous multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph)
•LLM/SLM knowledge including transformer architectures, fine-tuning (SFT/PEFT), token budgeting, and model optimization
•Proficiency with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and knowledge graphs for structured context
•Multimodal RAG design for industrial use cases and AI governance to ensure safe, scalable deployments
•Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across product, data science, and security teams
•Cloud-native architecture knowledge, preferably Azure, and modern AI/ML deployment patterns
•Ability to translate business objectives into actionable AI platform strategies
