Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through consultative conversations that uncover financial goals and match them with tailored banking solutions. Drive growth by actively promoting and selling deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit, and making referrals to related bank partners. Deliver strong client experiences, support teller-line responsibilities as needed, maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations, and assist with training and operational controls within the banking center.
