Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate mine planning activities and be accountable for Business Plan and Monthly Operating Plan mine planning inputs.
  • •Deliver best-practice mining engineering services and support compliance with safety systems and legislation.
  • •Plan and coordinate mine planning (weekly, short-range, monthly, 5 yearly and business planning) and production review meetings.
  • •Contribute to ventilation, gas management, mine planning, and technical projects; support process coordinators and interact with the Operations team.
  • •Identify productivity and process improvement programs, manage projects, and lead the permit-to-mine process to maintain continuity to production.
