Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product strategy and roadmap across six GCC markets.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to improve operational fundamentals like on-time delivery, production efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • •Translate constraints (kitchen capacity, delivery fleet, ingredient sourcing) into product tradeoffs protecting customer experience.
  • •Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents that automate or augment operational decision-making.
  • •Analyze operational failures affecting churn and prioritize improvements against root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of product management experience, including 2-3 years in operations or marketplace capacity.
  • •Own complex, multi-stakeholder systems and translate operational constraints into product decisions.
  • •Comfortable working on the ground with kitchen and logistics teams.
  • •AI-native: use AI tools daily and can prototype with Claude Code; shipped an AI or agentic feature.
  • •Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
