Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate solutions using Retail consumer and small business products/services.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities, including referrals and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and support risk management, confidentiality, and compliance while working within the Financial Center/Bank Mart staff platform.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
