Job Summary

Lead a growing Signal and Power Integrity (SI/PI) engineering team within AMD’s Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group (AECG). Drive SI/PI strategy and execution across package, board, and system-level designs, partnering with Architecture, Package/PCB Design, Silicon Engineering, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing. Own simulations and analysis for high-speed serial lines and memory buses, verify against measurements, and help scale SI/PI methodologies through guidelines and checklists.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and plan Signal Integrity and Power Integrity development.
•Drive system SI/PI design and layout guidelines.
•Coordinate with hardware design, layout, NPI, and manufacturing vendors to resolve SI/PI issues.
•Perform end-to-end channel simulations for high-speed serial lines and SI/PI analysis for memory buses.
•Characterize product interfaces, verify simulations against measurements, and implement PCB development checklists.
