Job Summary

Drive NVIDIA’s public sector growth across LATAM by executing the global GTM strategy and building country-level plans for sovereign AI adoption. Collaborate with field sales, solution architects, and developer relations to lead engagements with governments, regulators, cloud and ecosystem partners. Translate compliance and privacy requirements into deployable AI architectures, promote end-to-end AI lifecycle capabilities, and expand GPU adoption through lighthouse accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the worldwide public sector GTM strategy and business plan with regional Sales and Marketing.
•Lead country-level strategies for sovereign AI, aligning with national data residency and security requirements.
•Promote end-to-end AI lifecycle capabilities (data curation through deployment) using NVIDIA platforms like NeMo/Nemotron and TensorRT.
•Enable public sector adoption by translating compliance, governance, and privacy requirements into deployable NVIDIA-based AI architectures.
•Develop lighthouse accounts and track engagements to grow GPU adoption and customers’ wallet share; travel is required (20%).

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or equivalent and/or an MBA is desirable.
•5+ years of business development experience in hi-tech selling technology solutions.
•Strong understanding of AI and the AI ecosystem, with drive to deepen expertise.
•Excellent analytical skills to conduct market assessments.
•Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; ability to articulate product features and positioning.
