Ocean Freight Export Operation Specialist

Manage end-to-end seafreight export operations, from order receipt through final invoicing. Ensure accurate documentation and shipment information, coordinate with customers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and overseas agents, and monitor shipments for compliance with customs and international trade regulations. Prepare and confirm shipping instructions and Bills of Lading, release timely documents, coordinate with finance for payments and account control, and maintain accurate system entries and reporting.
