  • •Apply human-centered methodologies using data and research to align customer needs with business goals.
  • •Coach designers on pattern discipline and component usage, and help oversee appropriate tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems.

Salary: USD 182,500 - 208,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role.
  • •Demonstrate product design expertise across interaction, visual, and service design.
  • •Experience working with and contributing to an established design system.
