Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of comprehensive IT project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • •Own execution and delivery of IT projects, managing project teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • •Engage with enterprise, process, and information architects and business units to communicate status, risks, and issues.
  • •Identify, assess, and manage project risks by developing mitigation strategies and making strategic decisions.
  • •Manage project budgets, ensure quality of deliverables, provide reporting to senior management, and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •7+ years of total IT industry experience, including at least 5 years in IT project management or a related role in the energy sector.
  • •Demonstrated leadership of high-impact IT projects with alignment to business goals.
  • •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • •Professional certifications such as Prosci and PMP are preferred.
