Job Summary

Support large-scale health projects as a key client interface, partnering with senior project leaders to deliver facility planning, design, procurement, and construction phases. Manage complex stakeholder relationships, project budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting across multiple programmes. Review plans and specifications, chair client and consultant meetings, and analyze future programme and portfolio strategies while aligning delivery with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage projects and programmes as the key client interface and support senior project leaders/directors.
•Manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive projects to successful completion.
•Manage multiple project budgets, scheduling, costs-saving measures, and potential discrepancies or construction problems.
•Oversee project delivery across multiple projects/programmes to meet client requirements and expectations.
•Chair project meetings with clients and consultants and lead project timeline, risk, and reporting activities.

Key Requirements

•A recognised degree or equivalent in a technical field such as Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Cost Management.
•Experience in project management (consultancy or client side preferred).
•Experience in the health sector, with brownfield, live construction, and/or mental health facility experience advantageous.
•Existing Australian workrights is ideal.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, including written and spoken English with report and bid writing experience.
