Review healthcare insurance claim rules, workflows, and requests to determine eligibility for processing. Resolve complex cases using pre-established guidelines, escalate exceptions to management, and complete tasks based on assigned priorities. Build and maintain working knowledge of the US healthcare insurance industry and the team’s products, services, and processes, while working scheduled shifts and communicating effectively in English with clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Review claim rules and workflows to support processing.
•Review claim requests to determine eligibility for processing and escalate cases to management when needed.
•Organize and complete tasks according to assigned priorities.
•Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and the team’s products, services, and processes.
•Resolve complex situations by following pre-established guidelines.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of formal studies.
•2+ years of experience processing claims for the US healthcare market.
•Ability to understand payment posting logic (payments, denials, adjustments, etc.).
•1+ year of experience using Windows PC applications (keyboard navigation and learning new tools).
•1+ year of data entry experience with a focus on quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
