Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to support efficient office operations.
  • •Maintain accurate cash balancing records, identify/correct outages, and escalate for assistance as needed.
  • •During customer interactions, identify needs and refer customers to bankers and business partners using tracking tools.
