Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the end-to-end strategic workforce planning cycle with milestones, progress tracking, and agile processes to address challenges.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate local insights into strategies for risk mitigation, cost avoidance, and workforce optimization.
  • •Co-develop and execute tailored BPO budget plans in collaboration with the budget and payments team to meet financial and legal governance requirements.
