Job Summary

Lead and program manage the development and release to manufacturing of silicon photonics products, owning the product lifecycle from pre-concept commit to FCS. Partner with Optics Business Units, PLM, Engineering, and Contract Manufactures to deliver optical transceiver modules. Be accountable for time-to-market, product cost targets, yield goals, and volume ramp plans as part of the Optics Operations NPI team.

•Extraordinary program management skills to manage development and release to manufacturing
•Understanding of optical product design/development methodologies and silicon photonics technology
