Job Summary

Lead and coordinate 24/7 production operations across the facility, ensuring manufacturing goals are met on time, efficiently, and within budget. Oversee equipment and production planning, cost control, and continuous improvement projects, while supporting product development with shift supervisors. Manage and develop production staff, maintain safe working conditions and enforce personnel policies, and implement ISO quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee manufacturing processes for all production departments within the facility.
•Plan and schedule production to meet goals, priorities, and budgets.
•Lead production department staff through job duties, training, performance reviews, coaching, and succession of shift supervisors.
•Maintain safe working conditions and reduce recordable accidents while controlling overtime.
•Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO) and support special projects and production management team meetings.

Key Requirements

•BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
•5–7 years of progressive experience as a Production Supervisor in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

•Knowledge of applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and JDE.
