Job Summary

Play a key onsite role in wellbore intervention operations, running intervention applications across an assigned district and ensuring equipment compatibility. Apply advanced expertise as well as mechanical and application proficiency to manage increasing complexity and risk, provide customer field support, troubleshoot critical issues, and complete required paperwork. Maintain product/service quality and conduct all activities in line with HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes core values.

Key Responsibilities

•Run wellbore intervention applications in the assigned district, ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with equipment used for the job.
•Apply expertise to perform wellbore intervention activities with increasing complexity and/or risk.
•Provide field support to customers and complete all required paperwork prior to or upon completion.
•Advise and troubleshoot the most complex and critical wellbore intervention issues in the district.
•Conduct business activities in accordance with HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Key Requirements

•More than 6 years’ experience as a Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup, Thru-Tubing Fishing).
•Good understanding of mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products or other product groups.
•Expertise and hands-on experience of drilling, completion techniques, and drilling/workover rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigs.
•Strong teamwork and communication skills.
•Willingness to work on various rotational schedules.
