Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an effective, organized stockroom and logistical environment, including supplies and merchandise around the stockroom vicinity.
  • •Execute store operations with a focus on product flow to and from the store, sales floor, and back of house.
  • •Use BI reports to prioritize top sellers and black-hole items to drive BOH productivity and push product to the floor.
  • •Perform weekly cycle counts, resolve negatives with management approval, and ensure all inbound shipments are posted and discrepancies handled.
  • •Record and manage inter-store and warehouse inventory movements, monitor BOH schedule/planner vs shipment delivery schedules, and train selected team members on stockroom processes.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of retail experience in a commercial-focused retail environment with stockroom knowledge.
  • •Intermediate numeracy and literacy, plus advanced verbal communication skills.
  • •Matric Certificate.
  • •Experience using retail/commercial expertise to prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
  • •Ability to accurately record and manage inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and resolve discrepancies.
