Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee design implementation by managing design consultants, timelines, and drawing sets across multiple disciplines and internal stakeholders.
  • •Ensure construction execution on-time and on-budget by managing schedules and building/updating budgets with weekly SmartSheet updates.
  • •Manage permitting and entitlements with a permit expeditor, supporting required permits and approvals to commence construction.
  • •Run ongoing vendor and consultant coordination, including bids, proposals, change order negotiation, weekly vendor meetings, and site visits with the GC and vendors.
  • •Drive project closeout through inspections, signoffs (including Certificate of Occupancy), final invoices, warranty handover, and post-mortems with actionable lessons learned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,500 - 116,910 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • •BS in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of construction, architecture, or project management experience.
  • •2+ years in a corporate environment managing projects and communicating project status.
  • •Required software experience: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
