Key Responsibilities

  • •Define end-to-end test strategies for the LSS platform, including system, firmware, and integration testing.
  • •Develop test plans, cases, and data sets covering functionality, performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
  • •Create, run, and maintain automated tests using Python frameworks (Robot Framework or PyTest), and improve test tools, automation scripts, and validation methods.
  • •Set up and enhance test infrastructure (simulators, interfaces, and hardware rigs), and validate firmware communication, system states, and control algorithms.
  • •Analyze system logs to resolve issues, ensure traceability between requirements/tests/results/defects, and maintain verification documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in software or firmware testing, or system test development for embedded systems products.
  • •2+ years validating high-quality embedded products, preferably in power electronics or critical power solutions.
  • •At least 3 years developing automation with Python, including test frameworks for embedded and application systems.
  • •Strong embedded systems knowledge, including architecture, control loops, and system operating modes.
  • •Experience creating system-level test cases and contributing to test plans for embedded firmware and application software.
