Key Requirements

  • •Solicitor/FILEX qualification or equivalent legal qualification.
  • •Previous defendant property insurance litigation experience.
  • •Thorough understanding of disputes and claims handled by the department and insurer clients.
  • •Familiarity with product liability, breach of contract, negligence, property law and insurance coverage issues.
  • •Strong prioritization and attention to detail with excellent interpersonal communication for liaising with senior claims handlers and managing major litigation.
