Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
  • •Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
  • •Provide wound care and assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
  • •Maintain patient care records, ensure infection control standards, respond to emergencies, and perform purposeful rounding.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of clinical experience or completion of RN residency for staff with less than one year of experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • •Active nursing license from the country of origin and a license to practice per regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA).
  • •BLS and ACLS certification and other applicable LSTC courses.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, teamwork, and the ability to manage work pressure.
